Pre-Employment Screenings & Assessments
Hiring the right employees is critical to a company’s success. That’s why pre-employment assessments are an invaluable tool in the hiring process. These informative assessments can provide you with the knowledge and insight needed to help you making informed hiring decisions and select the best possible candidate for the position.
We offer a variety of pre-employment assessments ranging from aptitude tests, to personality assessments, to skills tests. We'll work with you to determine which assessments are needed, coordinate the testing directly with the candidates, and provide you with detailed results and recommendations.
Company Culture and Team Building
This can include observing and making notes on employee work styles, then interviewing employees to get a feel for workplace morale. It can also mean conducting employee performance assessments and making recommendations based on the results. Personality tests can be implemented to get an idea of which employees might work best together. Sometimes screening current employees will lead to a recommendation to hire new, better-qualified employees.
Diversity & Sexual Harassment Training
Diversity is a compliance issue, where HR professionals and all managers and supervisors must make sure people in all protected classes are treated fairly. Our diversity training in the workplace uses small-group discussions, before diving into carefully-led role-plays, to educate employees along with instructor-led discussions to help the attendees feel safe, empowered, protected from embarrassment, and able to walk away with new information, better approaches, and new tools for tolerance, communication, and awareness.
